Contract grinding

Grinding and pulverising bulk material

Granulate in the right partical size is essential in many industries for processing into the finished product. However, it is not worthwhile for every production facility to make the cost-intensive investment in its own grinding plant.

That's why it can be better to have your bulk material grinded by the professionals. At BÜCKMANN, we have years of experience in the bulk material contract grinding field, e.g. for fine and special chemicals. With our modern grinding and pulverising plants, we can create granulate in various grain sizes.

Contract grinding of bulk material for the chemical industry

We use a variety of universal, pin and turbo mills for the grinding in our well-equipped production workshops. Depending on the finished product required, the plants can be equipped with different grinding tools, which enable an exact adaptation of the grain spectrum.

In addition, we also operate a roller mill for a particularly gentle, low-dust grinding of different materials into a fine granulate.
Even bulk material that has absorbed dampness or has become too compact due to layering, the effect of heat or other influences can be processed in our grinding plants. Special breakers, known as lump breaker, ensure that the lumpy material can once again rendered free-flowing.

The highest quality grinding and sieving

At BÜCKMANN, we place the highest priority on high quality, pure grinded product and an optimal grain distribution. As long-time partners of the chemical industry, we know the importance of a consistently high quality of our grinded products. We therefore clean each machine thoroughly after use, to securely prevent impurities and cross-contamination. Through regular analyses, we ensure that only materials with the desired grain distribution leave our workshops. Naturally, we can also carry out sieving, blending or filling in our facility once the grinding is completed.
